Had blood work before and after taking the Omega Cardio Performance over the course of a year. While I had been making lifestyle changes for 10 years, my cholesterol levels were still above 200. Like many people, I have been very confused on which Omegas to take and what dosage I really need. I take Rainbow Light's Women's One, so when they came out with Omega products, I thought I would give this a try. I'm really impressed with the formula including researched levels of Omega 3s, but other important ingredients for heart health like CoQ10 and Plant Sterols at researched levels no less! For me this makes more sense than plethora of other Omega products out there. I also prefer the fish gels vs. those made from beef or pork and the fact that Rainbow Light uses 100% recycled materials in their bottles. I've also discovered their Omega Skin & Mood Omega and take that as well off and on with this product.

How do you rate a vitamin or supplement, how do you tell if it is, good or bad? I have taken several of the Rainbow supplements & I trust the name. This is a totally new product & the price on Amazon was fabulous...plus I couldn't find it at any of my local health food stores, I was pleased to find it @ Amazon & at such a good price.

While it's impossible to tell if there is any actual scientific benefit from this formula over the Centrum we've been taking, I'm happy with the capsule, no fishy taste or repeating of any kind at all. Goes down easy despite the size of the capsule and I was happy with price for the 75 capsules. Only downside is that we have to take two per day and I keep hoping to find a formula that will deliver with one capsule half the size.

I love this brand and the quality of their products. This is a good combination of ingredients and although I have not seen my blood work yet, I feel these help me feel better in general without the fishy aftertaste some other pills have.
