If you're going to take omega-3 fatty acid supplements to compete with the nornal fatty acid intake, you want the purest and best on the market. Res-Q is the somewhat expensive, but represent the best.I purchased this product because of reviews on ConsumerLab.com. I rely on their analysis as to the amount of active ingredient. The product was delivered in good condition within a reasonable time fram.This is the purest Omega-3 that I have found. Good stuff and worth the money!!!The supplier delivered the stuff on schedule. This must be old stock and I do not recommend purchasing from this supplier. The caps were all welded together in a ball, even with the dry packs inside the bottle. I use Res 1250 for many years and I will purchase direct. The discount price WAS NOT WORTH THE SAVING.gENE
