I'm giving this an average rating not because it's bad but to me it was an "acquire" taste. I originally had the ground flaxseed from the same company and loved it. When I finished with that pack I wanted to try something different so I bought this roasted one. At first, I really didn't like the smell. Its really crunchy and tastes alright. Maybe I'm used to the ground one. I did get used to it and finished it. For my next one, I may go back to the ground one or try the one with the berries.

There is not a flaxseed out there that beats this one. The roasting of the flax makes them perfect to add to anything or simply snack on! Don't have to grind them BECAUSE they are roasted.
