These nutrition bars are handy to carry and taste good and have satisfying texture, yet low carbs net 4G/bar. I have also tried this company's chocolate peanut butter bars, and as tasty as they are, (I love peanut butter) they can be very messy in a hot car. The Coconut Macadamia bars do get soft when hot, but not having the choco coating don't leave choco all over your hands or inside the wrapper.

These are more expensive and taste like an exquisite cookie, so we don't use them as much as the Crispy Rice Bars, But they really are wonderful.

I found this bar to be satisfying and one of the few that is truly low carb and not as loaded with a bunch of junk chemicals. I put these in my laptop bag and use them to fill the gap when I don't have time to eat a real meal or want to avoid airport junk food.
