Delicious snack bars perhaps my favorite. These were recommended by an alternative medical practitioner, and I've loved them ever since. They're not cheap, and they do have some ingredients with long names (which I don't love) that don't sound like "almonds" or "dates" or "coconut," but no soy, and that's something. They are, hands-down, the best bar I've ever tasted. Friends agree. Expensive but worth it!
