I have been diagnosed with COPD and sometimes have a hard time breathing. I love this item. It helps me tremendously. I also use it in my car on a tab that is put in the air freshener that is plugged into my lighter. I recommend it to anyone that has any kind of breathing problem.

This is my favorite blend of essential oils. It has lemon, eucalyptus, rosemary, and peppermint. A couple of people have said it smells like a cleaner, but I really like the smell.On several occasions I have put it into a diffuser so I can inhale the mist through my mouth. It helped me get rid of a cough I had for nearly two years that I had acquired from a severe bout of the flu (and a subsequent less-severe bout of the flu a year later). I had tried Mucinex DM and a couple different prescription medicines, but the Breath Easy blend was the only product that permanently ridded me of my cough.
I have also sprinkled a few drops on my partner's pillow at night, and it greatly lessens his nightly congestion when I do.
I drink 1 to 3 drops of this blend in my tea when I'm about to get ill. I moved to a new state over a year ago, and was having a horrible time with sinus infections (I never had sinus infections until I moved). I can tell when I am about to get a sinus infection because I will start sneezing a lot, and sometimes my throat will start feeling tight or I'll have a little more difficulty hearing. I drink a little bit of the diluted Breath Easy blend, and my symptoms go away the same day. This approach has been effective for about the past five months, but I'm hopeful it will get me through the winter and spring time this year without any illness. I have also purchased some for my parents and my sister's family as part of their Christmas presents in hopes it will help them as much as it has helped me. ***Important note never ingest eucalyptus or rosemary essential oils without diluting them and only ingest essential oils moderately.***

Fantastic product. I use this almost daily in my essential oil diffuser. It actually does clear up any congestion I have and makes it seem easier to breathe when I have it going.I use it with my sinus steamer. It works well. The scent is nice and it cleared my sinus. Recommened.This is a great natural alternative to vicks vaposteam. Put it in a diffuser and breathe easier when a cold has you down. Smells pleasant not super mediciny.
