I love Chia seeds and generally buy Nutiva white chia seeds. When my usual choice was not available, I switched to this product and was somewhat disappointed. The taste was not nearly as pleasant and even the odor was different. I'm not sure if it was the brand or black chia seeds in general that I was disappointed with because we are not comparing apples to apples here, but in the future I will stick to Nutiva.You cannot get a better batch of seeds! I wanted organic with good reviews and this did not disappoint.Healthy product which I am using for weight loss. It's been a month and I'm not sure if the three pound loss is considered a success . I'll use it longer in hopes of continued weight loss
