I consider this product expensive but bought it anyway. Although I am not exactly sure how this product is "oil free" with "essential oils of ylang ylang," etc. as part of the ingredients, it works well and I would buy it again. It feels like a very light cream as opposed to the watery oil free moisturizers I have used before. This moisturizer also offers matte protection. I have oily skin, but at the end of the day my skin was not shiney as with other products. The little 2 oz. jar lasted me about 6 months with 1 time daily use. It would be even better if it were SPF 15.

This stuff is the great for someone with oily skin. This is the first moisturizer I have found that is both cruelty free and does not leave my face looking greasy or cause breakouts. Absorbs almost on contact. A bit high priced but well worth the money. I will be using this product from now on.

I was looking for a product that was not greasy (like Burts Bees moisturizer) this is it! It has an aroma that at first I didn't like, but it has grown on me and now I love this product! I have now tried the Nature's Gate lotion that another reviewer recommended, and I have started using that one at night instead of this expensive one. Nature's Gate is a heavier lotion, perfect for night time, and it is MUCH cheaper and goes a long way. I have continued to use this BWC lotion for daytime use because it doesn't soak up my facial powder it dries pretty quickly after application.

I love trying new products, but have found my way back to this moisturizer every time.

I first started using it about 20 years ago and I've now given up on trying other ones.

What I just love about it, is that my skin absorbs it so well.

It doesn't leave a greasy, shiny layer, but still moisturizes perfectly.

And it's cruelty free!

I switched from Alba Botanica to BWC Oil-Free Moisturizer and it was well worth doing it. I don't get any more rash/small breakouts by using this product. It really leaves my skin soft for a long time and non-greasy. I will have to re-order it.
