Apparently people have been "helped" by a review here that was very misinformed. Titled :False Advertising. This simply isn't true so I thought I would help others understand why as well as review the product. The problem this person has is the manufacture like most including Nordic Naturals include the total weight of the pill. See example of Nordic Naturals here that lists the pills at 1000mg. Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega, 1,000 mg Fish Oil, 180 Soft Gels

Here is a comparison of the two products.

Grams per pill: 1.25, 1

Total Omega's : 800mg, 640mg

EPA : 400mg, 325mg

So there you have it and to the person that mislead everyone into thinking this was false advertising you asked the question. "Am I missing something?" Yes...the math.

This is a great value when it comes to fish oil and I tried it today. As others mentioned no fish smell and I forced myself to burp 30 mins after taking it. Nothing bad. :) Highly recommend to those that want a quality product at a great price. How can you complain about getting more for less. I can't and that's why I'm giving it 5 stars.

Im not sure why a person here said they had an after-taste but they really don't... not at all in fact.

Looking around and doing some research I find that only Carlsons and Nordic Naturals had the right amount of omegas threes per capsule in terms of EPA/DHA/other fats. Honestly if you look throughout the products on amazon and online and you do the least bit of research you'll probably find yourself on this page.

Then youll realise that Nordic Naturals is also here but 2.5x the price and if you have a family taking them or you plan on taking them everyday so you can benefit then youll end up getting these. Unless of course you have the extra money to spare and you really want that brand.

This product is great. No smell, softgels are easy to swallow and they actually work. I started using Fish Oil along with medication to keep my cholesterol levels in check. Guess what my results were after my blood work? The numbers came in great and no increase in medication, but increase in Fish Oil intake. I would definitely recommend this item. Be aware not all Fish Oil is alike. You want to look for Fish Oil brands that get their fish from deep water and particularly from Norwegian waters...
