This product seem to be miss represented. My friend bought a similar product at a cheaper amount and we got the same product same box. There was no were on my box that it said Spa Vapor 2. Do not pay the extra for this item. The product does work just fine.

I received this item as a gift and it quit working after 2 days. The on/off switch quit working and the unit wouldn't turn off. It also quit emitting vapors. It's built cheaply and it's not nearly as easy to clean as advertised.

i love my diffuser but i too experienced it breaking on me within a few weeks of using. however, i contacted the manufacturer directly via email. i explained the situation and they sent a brand new one in the mail very quickly. although i was disappointed my diffuser broke, i was very surprised and pleased that the company sent a replacement completely complimentary. so far the new diffuser is working well. i hope it continues!

I seriously loved this little diffuser when I first got it(was a gift). I had been wanting a diffuser, but was balking at the prices of the better rated ones. I was thrilled that I got this and even more thrilled when I first plugged it in and started diffusing my EO's!

Sadly, about a month later it has puked out. The fan runs but no mist comes out, the motor is dead(except to the fan, which is odd to me).

Wish it had continued to work.
