Okay, so I've started and ended many eating and exercise routines with the intent of losing weight and getting healthier but for-whatever reason, the last one I started included this particular supplement and I not only lost weight, my nails grew longer than they been in years. I don't know how much these Omegas had to do with it, but I did switch to a different brand (derived from flax oil) after I ran out and my nails are now short again and my weight loss plateaued. I'll be re-ordering to see if these actually have any further impact.

Hard to find product containing Omega 9 and this had it!! Wish that the amounts were greater in the product but all in all really liked it! Would order again!Shrinks fat cells, noticed smaller areas all over. Measured loss of 1/2 inch up to 2 inches in most areas. Packing could be better, recieved some broken capsules.Ate traditional Christmas goodies without any weight gain from recent diet loss of 100 lbs.No longer fear holiday eating.
