I do like these pills. I've been taking them for about a week now, and I feel great now. No abdominal cramps. My IBS is now in control. However, if you don't take it on a completely empty stomach, it can give you indigestion. Really bad indigestion. I ended up burping peppermint for hours, and it was painful heartburn. Since my stomach is hardly ever empty, I just take a pepcid along with it and it works out fine. Seriously, don't waste your money on expensive vitamins. There's some consumer reports study out there (google it...) that ranked vitamins in terms of effectiveness given a price. These came out with one of the higher ratings. Huge value for your money, and remember, all vitamins are created equal.My bet is the folic acid or iron doing this. I wish more manufacturers will offer folate and iron free vitamins. Good vitamins; yet cheap. With 500 tablets, you'll be set for a long time. Read some independent reviews that outlined that these were pretty good. I'll buy more for sure when these runs out.

Not a very strong smell, but gives moisture to your lips. I bought the peppermint flavor later and really like that one better. Great for my kids cause it does not have any chemicals and has some scent to make them feel like they are using "grown up" stuff. I threw away my lipsticks after trying this lip balm. Of all the Burt's Bee balms & others, this is by far the one with the most moisture in it to keep your lips soft all day long without an over-powering taste. i purchased this product to try a new lip balm, especially since i have been using dr. bronner's products for a while now and i am pleased with them.
