The product is very good but you have to be able to get it out of gelatin caps more easily if you are vegan. I've called the company in the past to use vegan capsules and got we havent found a capsule that stands up to the oils and keeps them intact and from losing their effectiveness. Others haveand i am switching.

Since I have touble getting the oil out of the capsule, by cutting them open and squeezing oils out, without losing any product, I don t take them. So what good is the product to me. None.

If you are not vegan and do not mind eating gelatin, give it a try.
