I actually bought this because I had been told it would help my wife be able to sleep better and longer each night.I use essential oils for various purposes but certainly am no expert on their uses. This I bought to distill at night to aid sleep. German Chammomile is supposed to be very good. This has a pleasant scent without a an unpleasant end note.
