I was a little disappointed that the preview of the product didn't show the nutrition facts because I thought that one capsule contained 450mg of DHA, but you have to take two capsules to get 450mg of DHA. This makes them not as good of a value as I thought. It's also annoying because I don't want to have to take these twice a day. If you aren't worried about the serving size then overall they are a good product. It's a small capsule and I don't get fish burps at all. However, next time I will purchase a different brand of DHA a brand that I only need to take 1 capsule to get 450mg of DHA.
