This product itself is great, but unfortunately when I ordered through Amazon I received a different product I tried to return it and they sent me another set of wrong bottles! Instead of the shampoo for all hair types as shown in the photo and description, I received shampoo for oily hair in a totally different looking bottle! This dries out my hair too much and I cannot use it.

This is why the product gets 3 stars. Middle of the road. You may want to verify with Amazon before you place an order to see if they have fixed this. However, the shampoo itself (when you get the right stuff) is great. It doesn't foam too much so I could see how people would use more of it, but you really don't need to. You just have to get used to not having it foam as much.

The smell is heavenly!! I am going to have to drive into town to buy it now since Amazon can't seem to get this one right. :(

I bought this 3 bottles package, I LOVE this shampoo the problem is I got the package and the shampoos were licking, and 2 of the bottles were half full.

Do I need to send them back or would you send me a replacement for the 2 bottles?

This is the replacement formulation for the old EO Sweet Orange Shampoo. Warning: it is in no way like the original. The wonderful orange smell of the original is almost totally gone, and now that they have reformulated it as a natural product or some such it doesn't really clean my hair nearly as well. I so wish EO still made the old formula -please bring it back, at least as an alternative.

In the past I have always purchased hair products from my stylist. This product is much better quality and better priced than what I had been using. I have fine wavy hair that is vulnerable both to being frizzy or flattened. This shampoo has been ideal and has an incredible smell

This is a mild clarifying shampoo that doesn't strip or dry out your hair too much. I would give it 5 stars except for the price. I'm usually okay with spending a little more money on a superior quality product but perhaps if the bottles were 12oz. I'd be more willing to spend the money again.
