I am just learning about all the medicinal benefits there are to essential oils, especially Lavender Essential Oil. I applied a few drops to my temples and it did relieve my headache! My next step is to read up on more of its uses.

I was pretty stressed out what with a big project at work and a 12 year home all day on summer vacation. A friend of mine recommended I try aromatherapy. I googled it and found that Lavender should help. I ordered this product (it was the most reasonably priced one I could find). I don't own a diffuser but my friend said I could get the same effect by adding a few drops of the oil into a bold and pouring boiling water over it.

I've been doing this every day for a week now and I honestly can see a difference. I'm less stressed and my son actually seems quieter and less bored.

I love the smell of this lavender oil. I get a massage on a regular basis so I brought it in for my massage therapist to use. As soon as my bottle of Lavender Oil arrived, I opened it up and took a deep breath in. It was just as I remembered it growing up. A wonderful, light fragrance. I used to open up the bathroom closet and the smell of Lavender would jump out at me. All of our sheets and towels smelled so lovely.

I understand there are many other uses for Lavender Oil. I guess there always has been, but I was never aware of them.
