With the bad flu outbreak this season, my entire household was ill. I am so relieved to have discovered doTerra OnGuard because it has worked extremely well for me and my family. I put a few drops in a bowl of hot water and enjoyed the steaming effects. I immediately felt better and I was so amazed. My child woke up with a sore throat and a runny nose and I rubbed it on the soles of her feet and we saw results the same day! Her runny nose and sore throat went away almost instantly! I highly recommend trying this product although it is a bit pricey because it's better than having to take medicine and getting the flu shot which I normally avoid. First of all, I love the smell of this essential oil! I use this oil internally in a capsule to support of my immune system. Also, I use it straight out of the dropper top for external application for sinus congestion and headache pain, rubbing the oil full-strength directly where it hurts. If a person thinks this may be too strong for them, it can be diluted in olive oil for topical application with similar results. This is my second bottle of OnGuard.

I ordered this product to make up a blend of oils for combatting flu and colds. It has been very helpful and is a high quality oil. My only complaint is that the bottle isn't as drip-proof as some of my oils from other companies.
