I get terrible migraines and I love using a few drops of this in a hot bath, steamer, or just inhaling straight from the bottle. It's no headache cure by any means but it helps you relax probably due more to the deep breathing though and only a little to the oil ;) Spearmint has a lot of different uses including nasal decongestion and topical uses for the skin as well. Be advised though dilute dilute dilute if using topically. The packaging is nice I think the little glass bottle is cute! BUT there's no dropper so when you initially turn it over to use, a few more drops than intended usually come out.
