I put a few drops of this on a wash cloth each night before bed and put it somewhere in the proximity of my head. I used to have issues with my nose getting stuffed up at night and sinus problems, but this keeps my breathing passages clean and clear all night long. Much better than any other product (even breathright nasal strips), and much cleaner than Vicks Vapor Rub.
It also makes for a nice, soothing night of sleep. I would recommend this product to anyone.
One word of caution -it is strong, and a little goes a long ways!
