If I take 2 3 pills per day I get mild gastrointestinal upset. Also, these pills are very low potency, only 73 mg of DHA per pill and 80 mg of EPA. So they are basically worthless to me as I can only stomach 1 pill per day and the therapeutic dosage is 7 to 10 times that.

Works well and doesn't have a lot of additives. Easier than eating a lot of fish especially if you don't like fish that much.
