I think of this product as a saviour. It saved me from certain agony and frustration. I had the worst kind of skin full of acne and dark spots. Good product. I have only used a few times, but it worked great as a carrier oil. I like to add rosemary, nutmeg, and lavender for a wonderful migraine reliever.really love the lightness of this oil and light fragrance. I like using essential oils for scent, especially cinnamon, and this blends perfectly .thank you
