I am using this fragrance now with Grapefruit and it is intoxicating. I used it earlier with lavender and I was so relaxed and laid back. I had no idea that bergamot was a relaxing oil because I am a newbie at this. I was so mellow I actually freaked myself out, but not much because I was relaxed. I recommend this for anyone who tends to have problems being mellow and winding down. This oil mixed with lavender is a sure trick to relaxation. This is worth 10 stars just for that reasoning. I knew I loved bergamot from being a collector of fine perfumes. Bergamot in a perfume is sure to be one I will love. It has an earthy, woodsy, damp aroma, like the woods smells after a rain.

This brand of essential oils is amazing. Everything I have gottem from them has been glorious and I have about fifteen oils from them now. I burn them in little oil warmers which are available here on Amazon. I put some water in the top tray of the oil warmer and about ten drops of an essential oil, light a tiny tealight candle under the water, and benefit from the soothing scents. The oil disperses into the room and is subtle but very pretty and calming. It lingers in the house the next day, subtly and beautifully.

Bergamot is especially relaxing and meditative. It puts my in a happy mood.

It's hard to be stressed out with bergamot floating in the air.
