I love this product. It came super fast. The price is awesome. I use this everyday. My skin is pretty and its actually helping with reducing my stomach fat. It also will regulate you.If you are planning on taking this oil internally, order one or two of the books about it and read on-line articles. It is possible to actually take too much of it, and you need to learn what you are doing. I began with just one cap to see how I would tolerate it, then worked my way up to a therapeutic dose of six per day over three months, then down to only two per day. While I was on six per day I had no incidences of chronic bronchial infections, my night fevers disappeared, I began to feel less pain in joints, but most spectacularly, my eyes improved in brightness and in comfort. My eye disease causes extreme dryness and because my eyes are less dry now, I am actually able to maximize the vision I have left. There is much less allergic mucous formation. I had a little coating on my tongue, likely from the inhaler I use, which has a bit of steroid in it. After cleansing my mouth as usual, I did the 15-20 minute holding in the mouth with swishing and then, of course, spitting it out and rinsing. In addition to clearing the coating, I was surprised to find that the one area of my gum that has tended to bleed with flossing for over fifty years has stopped. I often now rub a drop or two of the oil on my gum lines before bed. The dramatic effect upon my digestion has relieved me of any prescription medication for hyperacidity for the first time in my lifetime. I have been bothered with burning in my stomach since childhood. It's gone! I overate a bit the other night, took two capsules, burped and that was the end of that. It works well followed by a cup of camomile tea or peppermint tea, not too strong. Read the books, make careful judgments, and try this stuff. Be judicious. But I am truly astonished because I've never used "alternative" anything until now, so I'm not writing this as some sort of whacked-out "naturalist" who won't use prescription drugs when warranted. I have the insights that come from being a R.N., but in this case, you don't need to have more than good common sense. DO NOT TAKE WHEN PREGNANT!! REPUTED TO RELAX UTERINE MUSCLES!!THANK YOU VERY MUCH, I VERY MUCH LIKE THIS PRODUCT, IT HAS GIVEN ME A LOT OF ENERGY, I WILL REPLACE BOTTLES WHEN I FINISH THESE.One of the best thing i have ever had.
