This was recommended to me by a friend who used it without changing his diet. It lowered his cholesterol considerably. I am taking it now and will probably have a blood test done in five months or so do see if it did the same to me. There definitely is a difference between the fish oil capsules I was taking before. You can actually smell the odor of salmon when you take the pill out of the protective packaging. It's not a capsule, but a hard pill and they are sealed in a packet.

I just can't take fish oil in any form it ends up coming back up (sorry if that's TMI!). These are tablets, and they're about the size of a pencil eraser approximately not too big. Because they're tablets you don't get that awful fishy taste or "repeat", and if you think krill oil is a good substitute for a regular Omega 3 fish oil, it isn't.EurOmega-3 is a bioidentical Omega-3 complex exclusively from salmon, and it's fresher than fish oil.
