My doctor recommended taking this to recover from an injury. With all the amino acids AND Omega 3 6 AND 9 in it, I noticed muscle repair like never before! I'm a professional athlete, and was starting to feel sore almost every day from my workouts. I thought I was getting old...until I started having 2 scoops of this twice a day in yogurt. Now I rarely EVER get sore any more! UNBELIEVABLE! Also, this has better nutritional content than other flax seeds by other brands (you can tell by comparing the nutrional labels). Also, it tastes great!! (kind of a "nutty" flavor). Pleasant enough to eat alone if you're in a hurry or don't feel like mixing it with anything. Another option is to sprinkle it over salad, pasta, oatmeal, or even frozen yogurt. I seriously LOVE this stuff!!! ...and I got all three bottles in my order, just as the title says. Also, the label comes off clean and easily enough to recycle the container and use it for something else like kids' legos or disposable "tupperware" for roadtrips.

Flax seed is pretty amazing stuff: low in fat, high in fiber, contains omega-3 fatty acids (the same found in fish like salmon), is great for your heart, and tastes good. It's no wonder some call it a 'miracle food.' I prefer Barlean's because it is organic. I prefer ground flax seed because it makes it much easier to add to things. I add it to oatmeal, breakfast shakes, to top yogurt parfait, mixed with V8 juice, etc. It's an easy way to improve your health with very little effort. Just add it to something and you're done.
