I use this on my lips every night before bed, It's similar to the consistency of Vaseline but works better and is all natural. It's good for elbows and knees, Good for feet but you need to wear socks and your feet will be slippery when you take them off.

I have extremely dry skin in the winter. I live in a cold and dry climate. Even with a humidifier on my furnace, with all the hand washing throughout the day, my hands get extremely dry and cracked. The balm is very nice. You don't have to use a lot, a little goes a long way. It's not greasy and does stand up to a few hand washings before you need to apply more. I've found that applying it at night and letting it really soak into your dry areas is the best. It's probably the best thing I've tried for my dry and cracked hands and I'd buy it again.
