This is a great product, and the banner of "optimal mix of protein, low sugar, and essential vitamins and minerals" is right on. It is great for a quick meal or snack and because the sugar content is so low, its low glycemic. The problem here is the price. Seventy bucks for 12 of them before S&H? And the same package sells at Sam's for a little under $14? I was looking for an alternative to Sam's, but will keep looking.
