I mix this 50/50 with flax seed oil, then mix that 50/50 with balsamic and other vinegars... maybe add the oil from canned sardines or anchovies, or the oil from my deli olives. What a fine salad dressing that is! The OXO Good Grips Salad Dressing Shaker is a good bottle to use.
