This inhaler is perfect!! I have a anxiety and am supposed to take medication daily as needed. It works in between my doses and a lot of times I can even skip my RX thanks to this wonderful device. This was recommended on the Dr Oz Show and I bought it as I can sometimes get stressed the smell is wonderful and it does make me feel more relaxed.
