This book is almost exactly the same as Emotional Healing with Essential Oils (Manual 1: Intro) only it leaves out some of the essential oils listed in their "blends" descriptions. I would not recommend it to a friend. I would tell my friends to purchase the manual instead.

It gives descriptions of oil and blends that can be used for various issues. In addition, it provides information on how and where to apply/use the oil, e.g., aromatic, topical, bath, etc. It does not provide recipes for creating the blends, but I wasn't looking for that.
