The only reason that I'm giving this 2 stars instead of 1 is that it does contain some lavender oil. However it seems to have been diluted with some other foul smelling oil. The lavender tends to dissipate quickly and you are left with the stinky smelling stuff. This might be ok for flea treatments for your dog but isn't good for soap making.

This is a waste of money!!! I wish I had read the reviews before I bought. I does not smell at ALL like lavender...more like gasoline.

I would give it fewer stars if I could. One positive...I got my product in the mail 2 days later. Very fast shipping!
