I use with in conjunction with spearmint, lemon, and sage and sometimes I throw some sweet orange in there, it's super duper smelling, can't describe it. fresh and uplifting without being too strong

Chamomile does wonders as a tea in calming, it is equally as wonderful as a healing essential oil. Great for aromatherapy blends. I've been working with aromatherapy reciipes, and many really good recipes call out for this specific pure essential oil. Nice 1 oz size, with a floral fragrance.
