This is really great stuff. I use this for menstrual cramps. I no longer use Tylenol or Motrin for pain. I take this a week before my menstruation begin and by the time I get it I am ok. If I do get pain I take 1-2 and about an hour later I feel better. This stuff is so good I am glad I came across this. I would recommend this a million times and already have to all of my friends and coworkers, and family.
