By far the best after shave that The Art of Shaving sells. The days of an oily, greasy face after using the after shave balm are gone. The gel soaks right in, using less, and lasts so much longer. Of course everyone's skin is different, but I don't think I've ever had any product work this well.

It's difficult to find a sandalwood scent that doesn't bring "summer of love" to mind. This aftershave gel is clean, masculine, and with just the right bit of spiciness with no hippie smell. It's also one of the most comfortable and clean-feeling aftershaves you can buy. It is not astringent in any way, and your skin will absorb it comfortably. The tone and scent of the aftershave weathers evenly without changing over time like some do. I don't mind if a scent changes or becomes more mild as you wear it, but it's nice to know what to expect with this product.

I'm not a big fan of luxury items I favor functional products, generally but I had to make a striking exception to that policy with this aftershave. It's worth every penny at twice the price and I'll definitely be buying more. I've used a number of Art of Shaving products in this scent, and all of them are decadent in their quality.
