A friend recommended this product as a way to get rid of headaches without having to consume aspirin or Tylenol. This is incredible. I rub the ointment on the base of my neck, using gloves, and within about 5 minutes my headache is gone. It only lasts about 3 hours but that's a good start. You have to be careful how much you put on any sensitive body parts (like your neck) because the cayenne will produce an irritation if you're not careful.

I saw this product after reading a booklet (from amazon) on cayenne pepper and its healthful benefits. This ointment has helped alleviate the soreness/pain in my knees and back. Warning: after applying the ointment be sure to wash your hands well so that you don't accidentally get some of the product in your eyes or other undesirable places. I liked the ointment so well that I ordered a couple more jars for gifts.
