These are great smelling and a little goes a long way with them. I use only half packet in her baths and it works great she smells nice and it makes her smile every time she sees the smiling dolphin. she calls it her "cheer up bath."My 3 year old just told me it smells like an Orange Popsicle. I don't think its very energizing but I'm not complaining about that. It fills the bathroom with a very lovely scent and is gently on his skin. Aura Cacia has such wonderful products.
