I admit I was drawn to this product by the key word. The Europeans more so the French were more into essential oils than us Americans for quite some time. I finally tried this oil and it tasted amazing. Yes, taste. Essential oils w the exception of tea tree and eucalyptus should be consumable. Hence why I purchased this product. I can't wait to use it in my other recipes. Great price for such a high quality essential oil.
