This is one of the few Evening Primrose Oil supplements I could find guaranteeing it was hexane-free. Used it for fibrocystic breast syndrome successfully and found it also completely relieved mild PMS symptoms.

Later learned that certain persons, such as myself, do not always absorb omega-3 (fish oil) well so this type of omega-6 may be a healthy alternative for those issues. I take one of each now and am satisfied with the results.

This is the worst primrose oil. I took one pill at noon and felt hung over and exhausted all day. I had to lay down and take a nap. When I got up I still felt awful. I tried it again the following week and had the same symptoms, feeling weak, tired and hung over. I called the company and returned it. I think it is a poor quality primrose oil. I would not buy this. I purchased a different brand and it is working well.
