I tried a sample of this fish oil at a health foods store. I was skeptical at first, but it was really nice. There was no fish taste or after-taste. I experienced no upset stomach like I had with fish oil pills. The flavors tasted really good (I tried Mango Peach and Pina Colada). It would be really easy to take this straight up (as I did), or add it to a smoothie. Good product for those looking for the benefits of fish oil without the icky parts!

While I like this one, I will say I like the lemon much better. The lemon tastes like a dessert!
