I've had trouble for years being able to digest oils even in very small amounts. When my nutritionist recommended this one I was skeptical, but she said it was very high quality, so I tried it. It's been wonderful, no problems whatsoever with it irritating my GI tract. I'm using it to help rid my body of candida and will have to wait several weeks to see how effective it is, but so far, it's great!
