I have horrid joints, I have an auto-immune issue that causes my joints to swell at random points either by strain or by shifting pressures in the weather. Because of what I do, there is a high demand on my ability to move well and if I start to hurt I just put this stuff on and then in a few minutes, no more pain! EFAC really works. I also use the capsules and I managed to do several activities over a short period of time (4 hours) that would normally cause tons of pain without powerful anti-inflamatory medication from my doctor. I've been on the capsules for almost a month and I'm proud to say I can almost move as well as my collegues who have normal joints. If you have joint issues, I recommend this fully. It may not be a cure for severe joint issues, but it's the step in the right direction if you want to stop the constant pain and get back to living.

This cream really works. We have tried it on newly sprained ankles, deep muscle spasm in the back, sore joints with great success. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

I first got this from my chiropractor while being treated for back problems. I am a skeptic,but was pleasantly surprised how good this is. It not only brings relief to a strained back, but I also have used it when getting bad muscle cramps when it works very quickly to relieve the cramping. Also there is no strong Mentholatum smell after you use it. I am a fan and recommend this product.

UPDATE: Nov 2012 The last two jars of this we ordered were very "watered down"...and nowhere near the thick "cream" consistency we are accustomed. I'm lowering my rating to 1 star because it's not providing the pain relief it did...and because I really dislike it when companies do this and think the consumer doesn't notice. We are not purchasing this anymore...

THEY DO NOT GIVE THE STRENGTH ON THE AD.ASSUMED IT WAS 2% AND WAS ONLY 1.25%. also MOST EXPENSIVE SHIPPING I HAVE EVER PAID ,, very DISSATISIED ./would NOT PURCHASE AGAIN......................
