I love these shower busrsts. They are a nice way to turn your shower into feeling like a spa experience. The only thing I don't like is the price. I think its a bit steep, so I buy them a lot more sparingly than I'd like to. I can't seem to find them anywhere for less than $4 each, and that makes me sad. I try to cut them in half so I can make them last longer, but they can be hard to cut.

The Hydra shower burst headache buster was nice smelling, relaxed me a bit, but didn't do much for my headache. Would consider getting them again but they seem very expensive for something that only lasts little more than a day.

I have been suffering from pneumonia & an upper respiratory infection for about 6 weeks, & I have tried the Sudacare Shower Soothers, & various other "dissolving shower vapor tablets", & the Hydra Shower Burst Headache Buster is the best product I have tried thus far for clearing out all the gunk in my sinuses & chest, opening up my lungs so I can breathe easier, & calming my cough! I am so glad to finally find an equivalent to the Sudacare product...in fact, it may surpass the Sudacare product because it's at least 2 times the size & definitely lasts longer! I actually had to force myself to take a longer shower so I wouldn't waste the remaining tablet in the bottom of the shower. I would highly recommend this product for clearing out your sinuses, & as a migraine sufferer as well, I know this will be a much needed relief when I get my next migraine.

This actually worked very well for me. Reading the other reviews, I wonder if it has a short shelf life and can lose its effectiveness? I only tried it once and it had a soothing aroma and relieved my headache to almost nothing.

I bought these for my daughter. Where she lives she only has a shower so I couldn't buy her the bath items. She is a single mother with 2 small children. Very stressful! She loves these. They are very relaxing.
