This is a good EPA/DHA supplement. It is made with fish oil and is not coated for enteric release, so some people will experience "fish burps" after taking. If it is a problem, try taking the supplement before meals.

I have elevated triglycerides. My doctor recommended a minimum dose of 1800 milligrams of EPA/DHA (NOT just fish oil, NOT just Omega-3, and NOT flax seed or other mixtures). I have been using this product for about 6 months. It seems to be of reasonably high quality and is well priced for the amount of EPA/DHA you are getting.

When I opened the bottle, I detected no rancid odor, unlike some other brands of fish oil. Like all fish oil supplements, you can get some fishy burps, especially if you take the pills on an empty stomach. I don't consider this a downside, because it will happen with almost any fish oil supplement.

Overall, I think this is a good product, and I have recommended it to friends and family.
