I bought this oil because it was the cheapest Omega 3-6-9 supplement. However, the taste is beyond awful. I can't even finish the bottle. I can usually just man up and down it, but this is too much.

Essential supplement for my toddler and I am glad I found this at a decent price. Just make sure you store it somewhere cold and you should be okay.

It does not taste very good, but that is not important to me, because the dryness of my skin was reduced. It also gives my skin a more youthful appearance.

I guess that's what is to be expected. Perhaps because of using other formulas, this one seemed more cooking oil than nutritional supplement.

I liked this product a lot I use it in my green smoothies, but I am never sure if I am overdosing (can you OD on Omega's?) i don't know, but it's so hard to tell from these things if they really help, without a blood test. My tests will be back soon so we shall see how a bottle did for me soon.
