I am already taking it and so far this product works great. I am definitely going to keep continue purchasing this Krill oil product.I have tried many kinds of krill oil. This however has seemed to be the most effective. The capsule formulation is quick into dissolve and no aftertaste for me. Will continue to use this product, as I am extremely satisfied with every aspect about it.I used to take regular fish oil pills years ago, after a couple days I stopped because I just couldn't take the fish taste any more.
