I have been looking for a cheaper alternative for diffusing my essential oils and this little diffuser has been great. It is made of plastic and is obviously an inexpensive model but it really pumps out the vapor. It only takes a couple of seconds and you can smell the oil in the room. The on/off switch is on the bottom of the unit so you have to pick it up to turn it on and off. That can be a little annoying. It also sort of sputters on and off when the water is running out. It will turn itself off when the water gets too low but it goes through this little sputtering sequence first. Like I said, this is defiantly a cheaper model but for the price I really like it. I have searched the web and this is by far the best thing I have found for the price. I have two much nicer diffusers and while I love them both I will buy another one of these before I buy one of them.

I was really excited to get these, I ordered 2. They had pretty good reviews compared to some of the more expensive ones and I am just getting into aromatherapy and on a tight budget. Anyway, following the directions I filled them both up with water to the fill line and added a few drops of essential oils to help with a cold/breathing. Plugged em in and didn't see anything. One of them was expelling a very, very faint mist and the other I didn't see or smell anything. I let them both run for several hours just in case. The first one with the faint mist did improve after the water level went down about a third, the other one never did seem to improve so I unplugged it. Was worried there was a problem with them both so contacted returns at Amazon to get info/label for returning them both. The next morning I thought I would give it one more try. The first one seems to be working pretty good. The second one, I started with just about 1 1/2 inches of water on the bottom and it started misting. I added the essential oils and then more water to about 3/4 full and it continued to make the mist. I guess probably best not to fill them to the fill line like in the directions. Since they both seem to be working I guess I will keep them and see how it goes, stay tuned. Okay, next day having problems with both misters so have decided to send them back, its so frustrating, but I don't want to keep messing around with them and then have missed the date to return them. Better safe than sorry.

I am happy with my diffuser. I am using it every night. My only complaint is that it is not easy to clean the inside bottom because of the many bumps they put there, so the oil is accumulating in this aria and it is not easy to wipe it all.

I absolutely love this little guy. It works fabulously and diffuses/mists approximately 6-7 hours before it needs a refill. If you use it with the light on, your water evaporates much quicker (3-4 hours), I'm guessing because of the heat from the light. I bought this on August 26, 2012 and have run it constantly, day and night and it has been wonderful. Its a pleasure coming home and my house smells like lemons and oranges. I use 5-10 drops of organic lemon essential oil and sweet orange essential oil both which are anti-fungal and anti-viral. If I could afford it, I would buy one for my bedroom and the office of my house. I highly recommend. I can't remember the last time I was more satisfied with a purchase.

UPDATE JAN 28, 2013:

Ok. So I decided to give my unit a thorough washing the beginning of January (I purchased mine Aug 2012). Afterwards, I couldn't get it to cut back on. I figured I got water into places that shouldn't have received water. I called the manufacturer to get some advice they never called back. Amazon was less than helpful (one of the few times this has happened). So, I began messing around with it and behold! It DOES work! Its crazy... sometimes I have to hold the "on" button down for 10-20 seconds. Sometimes I have to hit the on button several times and then hold it down for a few seconds but it DOES come on every single time. So, to all of you out there who say your until stopped working, if you still have it in a closet somewhere, break it out and mess around with the on button. You never know.

I still use mine every single day 24/7 and its great.

I have been looking for this (or something very similar) and just couldn't find it under $30. I was skeptic because of course, you don't want to pay super cheap and then regret it by really "getting what you paid for". I absolutely do NOT regret this purchase. So very simple to use, no special water that is required (it suggests that you use distilled water but says tap water is ok too. I have used both and have had no problems with either.) Fill it up to the line indicated with water and drop about 4-6 drops of essential oils, it fills the room instantly. I use this for when I massage my clients, it is very convenient. Turn off and on with a small switch on the bottom. It turns off on it's own when the water runs out. Sometimes, I forget to rinse it out and will use a different oil and the scents aren't mixed (if you have used older oil burners with tea lights underneath, you know what I mean.)

I've had this for 2 months, I use it at least 5-7 times a week. Love this product. I got 2 just so I could have one at home too. Can't find a better product for the price.
