Let's face it, cod liver oil is not pleasant tasting to most people. No matter how good it may be for the body, it can be hard to take on a regular basis. This emulsified version is easier to get down than the liquid oil. Having the orange flavoring helps, too. Don't get me wrong, it doesn't taste good, but not too much of a chore to consume. It's do-able.

It's true, this tastes like a creamsicle, and it doesn't have any of the oily feeling as you take it. Even my 2 year old loves it--I usually need a glass of water afterwards, but it's much more palatable than any other kind we've tried.

Tastes fine to me, but other family members say it smells bad (I don't notice). The price is great and I clearly get the benefits of the vitamins.

I have taken Twinlab's Orange Flavored Codliver oil for over 25 years and have found the best way to take it is mixed with 1oz of milk and a water chaser...it is easier to get down and not as strong tasteing. Also if you take it on an empty stomach you will not burp it up. It is packed with vitamin A as well as the omegas and good for your complexion and circulation.
