This was a good purchase for us, because we chew flax seeds as a snack. Usually the seeds are dried out. This product was soft, so the seeds were freshly harvested. Really nice flavor.

Flaxseed contains lignans, which may have antioxidant actions and may help protect against certain cancers, though the data has yet to substantiate this as fact. Product is golden in color and seed husks are unbroken and appears undamaged from processing. I will buy this product again.

Excellent product. Seeds are very fresh. I grind them in a coffee grinder and add them to smoothies. Love it!
