I ordered this to add to witch hazel to make my own mosquito repellant. This seems to work as well as any chemical based repellant. Lemon eucalyptus is a plant. This oil is not a combination of lemon oil & eucalyptus oil. It is very strong smelling which is perhaps why it works well to repel mosquitos.
